What to include in the Refund Policy

Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC will do our best to provide service per agreed upon appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the service by the customer will not be given top priority in re-scheduling, due to other customers who have previously scheduled appointments being kept in their timeslots & days. Not every customer is flexible in their need to have specific days and times, so these customer needs to remiain in their schedule appointment days & times will be top priority in fitting in missed or rescheduled appointments. New customer appointments will also be made when no other appointments are on Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC schedule. Every effort will be made to not book customers when services are already booked, & to allow travel time between appointments to not have customer appointments overlap. Understanding that life events & emergencies come up in the nature of family needs, appointments may be postponed or moved to a different day when Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC has openings in scheduling to accommodate the need to move services. If a request to reschedule an appointment is unable to be rescheduled, payments that have been pre-paid in advance of that specific day's service will be refunded upon customer request. Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC will be in contact for refund account & amount details, if the situation is presented. If a recurring customer prefers to have the prepaid amount to go toward the next available service, that will need to be requested by the customer at the time of requesting a service to be moved to a different time or day.

No refund will be provided after a service is provided for the agreed upon time & price. Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC takes pride in providing attention to detail & being paid for time performing this service is the nature of the business of cleaning in your home. Prompt payment is expected upon completion of service on the dy it is provided. Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC accepts USD Cash, US Bank Check, Zelle, CashApp, Paypal, & Venmo payments.

For customers who also provide a monthly service to Granny's Way House Cleaning Chores, LLC an option of monthly billing & discounting the service price from the Service you provide is acceptable if requested at the beginning of monthly service. This will be reflected on the invoice each month.
